Cancellation Policy

At Naturals Salon & Spa, we are dedicated to providing every client with a punctual, personalised, and premium experience. Our appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations affect both our team and other clients awaiting their turn.

To ensure fairness and the highest quality of service for all, we kindly request that all clients adhere to the following cancellation guidelines.

Cancellation Notice Period

We request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

This applies to all appointments including haircuts, colour services, facials, bridal packages, and any other bookings made at our stores.

How to Cancel

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through any of the following channels:

Via our online booking portal (link in your confirmation message)
By calling your store directly
Via WhatsApp to your store's number
By replying to your appointment confirmation message

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) may be required to prepay for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us serve all clients fairly.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact your store directly and our team will do their best to accommodate you without any charge.

Bridal and special event packages may be subject to separate cancellation terms as outlined at the time of booking.
