Everything you need to know about booking, confirming, rescheduling, and walk-in appointments at Naturals Salon & Spa Bangalore.

How to Book

We offer multiple convenient ways to book your appointment. Choose whichever works best for you:

Booking Process

Choose Your Store & Service

Browse our services page to explore treatments and pricing. Select the store nearest to you.

Select Date, Time & Stylist

Pick an available time slot that suits you. You may request a preferred stylist, subject to availability.

Receive Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your appointment details. Please save this for reference.

Arrive & Enjoy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. Our team will be ready to welcome you.

Confirmation & Reminders

All appointments are confirmed upon booking. You will receive an automated reminder 24 hours before your scheduled time.

If you do not receive a confirmation message within 2 hours of booking, please contact the store directly to verify your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule, use the same channel through which you originally booked — online portal, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated on the same day.

Walk-in Appointments

Walk-ins are always welcome at all our Bangalore locations, subject to stylist availability. During peak hours (weekends and evenings), wait times may be longer. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and stylist.

Store hours: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM  |  Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Group & Bridal Bookings

For group bookings (3 or more people) or bridal packages, we request a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice to ensure adequate staffing and preparation. Please contact your preferred store directly to discuss requirements and availability.

Bridal packages are subject to a separate booking agreement. A consultation appointment is recommended before finalising your bridal booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a specific stylist?
Yes, you may request a preferred stylist when booking. This is subject to their availability on your chosen date and time. We recommend booking in advance for popular stylists.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients' appointments. Please call ahead if you are running late.
Is there a charge for cancellation?
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are free of charge. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, you may book on behalf of a friend or family member. Please provide their name and contact number at the time of booking.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp within a short time of booking. If you don't receive one, please contact the store directly.
